Just a couple of tweaks in this release, folks!

• Fixes an issue which prevented the score from "clearing down" between meals. It was therefore possible to eat 900% of a meal, something that even Mr. Creosote would have found challenging (just think about all those onions!!)
• Improves the look-and-feel of the Japanese menu

Also managed to put together this small and perfectly-formed trailer for PFS which we think sums up the carnage and lunacy of inflight scoffing.
